Summer Camp for Middle School Girls: Speak Up, Speak Out!
The TU Public Communication Center and Department of Communication Studies will host a one-week day camp for Middle School girls this summer, July 15-July 19, 9 am-4 pm at the Center for the Arts. The camp is designed to strengthen girls’ advocacy skills, teach them public speaking best practices, and build their confidence. At the end of the week, we will host a showcase of the girls’ work for family and friends, on Friday, July 19, at 3 pm. Registration is open now and the cost of the week-long camp is $300, which includes lunch, snacks, and all instruction and materials.
