TU conducting emergency drill on campus March 18
The Towson University Office of Public Safety will conduct an emergency drill on Monday, March 18, between 1 and 3 p.m. The drill will be conducted in Glen Towers B, C and D, the College of Liberal Arts Building, Unitas Stadium and TU Arena. This drill will emulate limited real-world scenarios. No sound effects or building clearing activities will occur. During the demonstration, TU public safety employees will display non-firing firearm replicas in the areas. TU uniformed officers will be present at all locations when the drill is underway, and signage will be present to identify the actions as a drill only.
