Please be advised that field engineering survey work will take place on March 18, 2024 on Emerson Drive between Towsontown Blvd. and the West Village Parking Garage. This work requires one traffic lane on Emerson Drive to be closed from 8am to 4pm. Traffic closure signage and cones will be in place and traffic flaggers will be on-site to direct vehicles.
