Earn Core Credit This Summer on a TU Faculty-Led Study Abroad or Away program!
Do you still need Core credits towards your TU degree? You can earn them this summer by studying abroad or away on a TU Faculty-Led program!
Check out the following Summer 2024 Study Abroad & Away programs led by Towson University faculty offering Core credits for your degree plan. The application deadline for most programs is March 15th, but admissions is rolling. You can check out program-specific information by clicking on the following links:
- TU British Theatre, Culture, & Society in the United Kingdom – Core 5 – apply by March 5th!
- TU Creativity, Community and Collaboration: Multilingual Perspectives on Urban Education in Puerto Rico – Core 10
- TU Diversity and Social Justice in Healthcare in Ireland – Core 13
- TU Education, Ethics, and Change in Thailand – Core 14
- TU Film Festivals and Film Culture in Ireland – Core 4
- TU Harmony of Tradition and Modernity: Philosophy, Religion, and Culture in Korea – Core 12
- TU Social Permissiveness in Amsterdam: Perspectives on Race, Gender, Class, and Sexuality – Core 11
- TU Spanish Language and Culture in Spain – Core 5 or Core 12
Don’t need these Core classes but interested in the programs? Check out the other course offerings available, you don’t need to be a major in the academic department to participate!
You can start an application by clicking on the link for the program. If you would like more information, come to a group advising session! We have group advising sessions every weekday at 2pm in room 407 of the Psychology Building or via Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays at 11am. There’s no need to schedule ahead of time. Come whatever day works best for your schedule.
