Last Call to Register – USM Performance Review Preparation Mini-Conference on Thursday!
Effective performance reviews are a two-way dialogue with the employee participating actively in the conversation instead of passively taking in the feedback. Creating an environment that fosters this kind of conversation can be challenging.
The University System of Maryland’s Learning & Talent Development Committee is partnering with EAP provider ComPsych® GuidanceResources® to host a one-day virtual training conference on Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. The program is free and accessible to all USM employees.
