The School of Emerging Technologies has published its Seed Funding Request for Proposals (2024-2026) timeline and submission instructions. The final deadline for proposal submissions is February 16, 2024.

In the meantime, prospective applicants are encouraged to attend a fall information session to learn more about the seed funding process. Multiple date options and modalities are offered for participant convenience. The agenda is the same for both sessions.

2023 SET Seed Funding Information Sessions

  • Friday, Nov 17, 2023 @ 10:00-11:00 am (Zoom). Please plan to RSVP at least 2 days in advance.
  • Friday, Dec 1, 2023 @ @ 10:00-11:00 am (Zoom)

To RSVP, please complete this information session RSVP form. Interested faculty can also set up a one-on-one meeting with the Director, Suranjan Chakraborty, for information about the seed fund. Office hours are typically Thursdays/Fridays at 9:00-11:00 (Zoom or in-person at 7800 York Road, office 459). Please send an email to schakraborty@towson.edu to set up a meeting.
