FREE Mental Health First Aid Course on December 15
Learn how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This course gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis. Course is open to all TU faculty, staff and students at no cost.
The course will take place on December 15, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Burdick Hall, room 153. To register, visit recreation.towson.edu and click on Mental Health First Aid.
