Practicing sensory care and awareness can help create a more neuro-inclusive world. It is common for sensitivity to vary by person across each sensory area. Come join us to learn more and build your own sensory care kit! These kits can hold helpful items for when you are feeling over or under stimulated. These tools can assist with regulation emotions, decreasing frustration, improving focus, or reducing anxiety & stress. All are welcome!
