Take the NCHA Well-being Survey

TU’s Health Center wants to hear from you! Check your TU email address to see if you have received the NCHA Well-being Survey.  ACHA-National College Health Assessment is a nationally recognized research survey that assists in collecting precise data about students’ health habits, behaviors, and perceptions. The survey collects information on a variety of health topics including mental health, personal safety and violence, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, sexual health, weight, nutrition, and exercise, food insecurity and homelessness, and hours of sleep.

We want to help you thrive, not just survive.

  • The survey is open from Monday, October 30th – Saturday, November 18th
  • Attend one of our tabling events to learn more about the survey and win fun prizes
  • Complete the survey and automatically be entered to win:
    • 1 of 10 meal vouchers (can be used at any Tiger Hospitality location)
