Changes to Lytho for Creative Services requests
If you use Lytho to submit Creative Services project requests, listen up! Lytho is implementing a new single sign-on (SSO) system. You’ll still use your TU NetID and password to log in, but you’ll need to reauthenticate after the Friday, Oct. 27 update. When logging in to Lytho for the first time after the change, existing users will receive a prompt that indicates their account already exists, along with a button to ‘Link to existing account.’ This will trigger an email with a button to ‘Connect accounts.’ Once you’ve done that, you can continue using Lytho as normal.
