Registration is Open – USM Virtual Professional Development Conference
The USM Learning & Talent Development Committee is thrilled to announce Fall into Success: Inspire, Innovate, Lead, a free, virtual, professional development conference open to all USM employees from September 18 to 22, 2023. This free event is set to revolutionize professional development, bringing together experts and professionals from across the USM to inspire, innovate, and lead. The conference is made possible through the generous funding and support of learning & talent professionals from all 12 University System of Maryland (USM) campuses.
Fall into Success: Inspire, Innovate, Lead is a one-of-a-kind virtual conference that aims to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in today’s rapidly changing world. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to connect with their peers across the system, attend workshops on best practices and professional development to help them grow and develop in their fields, and have access to USM executive leaders during the kick-off keynote panel. Building on the success of previous year’s conferences, Fall into Success: Inspire, Innovate, Lead will feature a comprehensive agenda starting with a thought-provoking keynote panel, engaging feedback discussions, interactive workshops, and opportunities for practical skill-building.
