“In-Person Payment” Option
- Individuals who choose this option MUST pay in person with cash, check, or credit card at the Auxiliary Service Business Office, Suite 309 located in the West Village Commons.
- Once you have purchased your permit on-line, if you select “In-Person Payment” you have until 9/1/2023 or within five business days (whichever is later) to pay for your parking permit. If the permit is not paid for within 5 business days, it will be cancelled and no longer be valid on the campus.
Students
Payment Options
- In addition to credit card and In-person payments, students may select “Billing Account Student Permit” – which will be available between 8/7/23 – 2/9/24. This option allows students to have their parking permit fee transferred to their student account.
Vehicle Registrations
- Effective August 2023, students may only register up to two vehicles online through their eParking Portal account. Requests to add additional vehicles may be made through the Vehicle Request Form.
- Requests to add additional vehicles may take up to 5 business days during Fall 2023 peak period of 8/21/23 and 9/8/23.
- Outside of peak periods, please allow at least 3 business days for processing and notification if your request is approved.
- If you park on campus prior to obtaining approval to add the vehicle to your account, please understand you may receive a citation for not having a valid permit associated to the plate. If your request is approved and you received a citation pending processing of your request, you may submit an appeal requesting the fine be waived.
