Service Coordination Inc is the largest nonprofit case management agency in Maryland that supports people of all ages to make choices affecting their lives and to access resources and services in their community.

 

Service Coordination Case Managers provide targeted case management by advocating, arranging and monitoring services and identifying supports for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities OR people with Medicaid Home and Community Based services. Anyone who is interested in the position is encouraged to apply following the instructions below.
