Stratus Tips & Tricks: Travel Authorizations
Stratus is TU’s modern business platform built on the Oracle Cloud Financials Application. It launched at the beginning of fiscal year 2023 to standardize and simplify TU business processes as part of a long-term modernization initiative. We regularly share Stratus tips, tricks and information to help you acclimate to the system.
The Stratus team has heard your feedback on the travel process, and are happy to announce a new time-saving process called Total Travel Authorization. The new process saves you time by reducing the number of clicks and enabling you to enter estimated travel expense information. The instructions/navigation guide will be sent to all cost center managers and financial stewards. It’s also available on the Business Travel website.
The Business Travel Office will accept both the old and new process for creating a travel authorization. Travelers can choose the option that best suits their comfort level and business needs.
