TU to Launch Employee Engagement Survey – February 1

On February 1, 2023, Towson University will participate in an institution-wide employee engagement survey.  This survey will be administered by ModernThink, and the feedback from our faculty and staff will provide useful and valuable information that will help towards creating a supportive, collaborative, and engaging workplace for all TU employees.

This survey is used by hundreds of universities across the nation.  Survey topics include collaboration, communication, leadership, diversity & inclusion, job satisfaction & support, benefits, and many others.

The survey invitation will be sent directly to all TU regular and contingent II faculty and staff hired before October 1, 2022.  You will receive the email invitation from ModernThink, with details about the survey and how to log on.  When you receive the invitation, we strongly encourage you to take the time to complete the survey.  Your responses will ensure an accurate representation of our campus community, and every individual response is important.  In addition, the survey is completely confidential and voluntary.  TU will be provided responses in aggregate form by ModernThink and individual responses will not be reported to the university.  Once the aggregate results are analyzed, the campus community will be informed of key findings.
