Downtime info for OTS’ Friday Maintenance Window: phone systems affected
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be performing maintenance on the university’s VoIP phone system this Friday, Jan. 6 from 6-10:30 p.m.
What to expect
Desk VoIP phones might momentarily re-register more than once during the maintenance window. No major phone outages are anticipated and OTS will make every effort to minimize any service interruptions.
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
