Update to Stratus Notifications
Stratus is TU’s modern business platform built on the Oracle Cloud Financials Application. It launched last summer to standardize and simplify TU business processes as part of a long-term modernization initiative.
After gathering feedback from around campus that workflow notifications are too frequent in Stratus, the Stratus team met, evaluated the timing and made a decision to adjust system options. Configuration changes will be made to modify the Expense and AP Invoice Workflow notifications from three days to five days.
The notification reminders play a key role in keeping financial documents moving through Stratus. You are an important part of the process and we ask that you act promptly on items in your queue. In the coming months, we will monitor progress and reevaluate if necessary.
