Faculty and Staff Open Enrollment: Coming Soon
- Open Enrollment begins October 11 and ends November 4, 2022
- All Open Enrollment materials will be available on our Open Enrollment webpage beginning October 10.
- NOW is the time to gather documents if you will be adding new dependents during Open Enrollment. https://www.vitalchek.com/ for ordering. See Guide to your Health Benefits 2022 page 39 for details on required documentation.
- Dependent supporting documentation must be uploaded/attached to the Open Enrollment event for a new dependent to be added.
- Double check your home address and email address in SPS/Workday. Update this contact information prior to October 10. Please view instructions on our Customer Service webpage.
- Open Enrollment ends November 4 at 3 pm, enroll early!!
