Apply Before 10/31 for RPAC Strategic Initiative Funding

RPAC (the Resource Planning & Advisory Committee) has launched a new Strategic Initiative Process to enable budget initiatives to bubble up from TU faculty and staff.

Below is a Q&A to let you know more about this new process.

What is a Strategic Initiative?

These are new initiatives that:

  • Are proposed by TU faculty or staff
  • Address a substantial need across Towson University departments/colleges/divisions
  • Align with but are not currently included in the university‘s or departmental/unit strategic plans
  • Require a minimum of $250,000 over a term of up to 3 fiscal years
  • Are sustainable upon completion of the funding
