As of August 1, the Bursar’s Office will be renamed Student and University Billing Office. Our new name better conveys our services in language that’s more easily recognizable for the campus community. Here’s what you need to know:
How did you decide on the new name?
The change is a result of feedback from students, faculty and staff, including a campus-wide survey conducted this spring. Our new name better conveys our services in language that’s more easily recognizable for the campus community.
Are services changing?
No. We will continue to manage student billing, payments, rebates and all other previous services. The difference is they’ll be done under the name Student and University Billing Office.
How does this impact me?
You’ll notice a new name, Student and University Billing Office, on our website and on university bills. You should bookmark our new web address, towson.edu/billing. Our phone number, location and business hours will stay the same.
