at its Launch Party

On Friday, May 13, at 6pm, join Grub Street for an outdoor celebration at The Ivy Bookshop at 5928 Falls Road. Expect light refreshments, games, and brief readings by contributors. The first 25 guests to arrive will receive gift bags that include signed books by critically acclaimed local writers (such as novelists Barbara Bourland and Jung Yun), advance review copies of books published by independent presses (such as Tin House), and Grub Street staff picks. Bring friends! The event is open to the public. Plenty of street parking is available. The Ivy also has its own parking lot.
