First-Year Experience (FYE) Advisors Needed
The Towson University First-Year Experience Program (FYE) is now accepting applications for faculty and exempt staff to serve as academic advisors for AY 2022-2023. This is a secondary employment position with a stipend. The FYE Advising Program offers first-year students guidance throughout their first two terms at Towson to help them cultivate the knowledge and decision-making skills that are essential for future academic success and progress. FYE Advisors help students navigate academic requirements and policies to make their first year at Towson as smooth as possible. Both full-time (up to 35-40 students) and part-time (up to 20 students) caseloads are available. Training and ongoing support will be provided. (Note – you must inform your Department Chair or Supervisor of your intent to apply prior to submitting an application.)
