Apply for SGA Commission!!

The Election Commission is an independent body composed of undergraduate students supervised by a professional staff member. Duties of the Commission include:

  • Enforcing campaign rules including holding hearings for potential election policy violations
  • Developing a marketing campaign and encouraging voter turnout
  • Educating and encouraging students to run for SGA positions
  • Educating students running on the election policy
  • Hosting a candidate forum/debate
  • Promoting a positive and fair campaign environment for all participants
  • Remain in constant communication with the other election commissioners during the campaign timeline

Applications close on Friday, February 11th at 5pm.
