If you’re having Wi-Fi or Internet issues on campus, we want to know!

Report Wi-Fi or Internet issues at towson.edu/reportwifi so we can help the campus stay connected. To do that, the Office of Technology Services needs to know basics like when and where problems are happening, how you’re connected (or trying to connect) and type of device you’re using. No login is required, and submissions are anonymous unless you’d like personalized help. 

There are several ways to access the form: 

  • Directly: towson.edu/reportwifi. 
  • Webpage: through the Internet troubleshooting webpage at towson.edu/fixwifi.  
  • MyTU: through the Troubleshoot/Report Internet Issues in the “Additional Links” section. 
  • Printed flyers: Scan the QR code posted around campus to launch the form.
