Parking & Transportation Services is aware of issues with shuttle tracking on the TU Tiger Ride app. The bus tracking system uses cellular frequencies to track and report shuttle locations. The old 3G cellular network is being phased out, which is causing intermittent issues with tracking the buses.
The system is being upgraded to 4G to provide more consistent vehicle tracking. Until the upgrade is completed, vehicle tracking may be intermittently unavailable. We will provide notifications on the app to update riders until the upgrade is complete. Schedules are available on the Shuttle Services page. We appreciate your patience as we transition to the upgraded network.
