October 14, 2021, 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

In-person in Cook 404B and virtually via Zoom.

Learn the skills to make (and teach) interactive storytelling using Twine.

Interactive, game-like experiences can help students engage more deeply with academic content. Making those interactive experiences to teach an audience will take your students to a whole new level of understanding your material.

Indie game developers, new media artists, and interactive filmmakers have built a community around using the browser-based tool Twine to create interactive experiences. Learn Twine to help you and your students create interactive fiction and text-based video games that can make learning more entertaining and immersive. No programming experience is required.
