Register Your Accessible License Plate or Placard with Parking & Transportation Services

TU students and faculty/staff please be aware of the following Accessible parking and registration information.

Individuals are encouraged to register their Accessible permits/license plates with Parking & Transportation Services. This informs university staff that the vehicle is registered to a driver who possesses valid credentials to park in Accessible parking spaces. While an Accessible plate/placard does not guarantee a citation will not be issued, it can help avoid citations due to a placard not being displayed.

Registration: To register, go to  https://www.towson.edu/parking/forms/ and click on the Accessible Parking Registration form. Please send a copy of your state issued Accessibility registration card to upark@towson.edu after submitting the online form. Accessible spaces can only be used by the person who is registered to the placard/plate. Registering or using another person’s placard is not allowed at any time.

Accessible Parking: Registered drivers or vehicle occupants may park in any Accessible space on campus with any valid TU permit during enforcement hours (Mon. through Thurs. from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Fri. from 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.). Accessible parking is located in all garages and lots on campus. Please see the campus map for parking location reference.
