Have you registered your license plate?

TU’s campus utilizes a virtual License Plate Recognition (LPR) system that uses license plates to verify that you have a valid TU parking permit. Registering your license plate information ensures that vehicles parked on TU’s campus are parked legally. Individuals without a permit can purchase visitor parking using the ParkMobile App or a paystation.

You can register a vehicle online by logging into your eParking account.  Click the Vehicles tab at the top of the screen.  Click Affiliated Login and enter your TU Net ID and password to log in.  The vehicles currently on your parking account will be listed.  Click Add Vehicle at the bottom of the screen to add a vehicle.  It is very important to enter your license plate information correctly . Please remember you cannot register a vehicle to your account that is used by another student, faculty, or staff member..

You may also register by completing and submitting the Vehicle Request form.  Please allow at least three business days to process your request, prior to parking on campus.

If your vehicle is already registered on your parking account, there is no need to register it again for the upcoming 2021/2022 academic year. TU Affiliates can log in to their eParking account to verify their vehicle(s) is registered to their account.

Please note that any vehicle you bring to campus (including rentals) must be registered to your account. Permits may not be “shared,” everyone must purchase their own permit in order to park on campus unless paying for visitor parking. If individuals are found to be sharing a permit, each violator will be subject to a $300 fine, vehicle towing at the owner’s expense, and other sanctions.

For additional information, please visit the Parking and Transportation Services website, email: upark@towson.edu, call the office at 410-704-PARK (7275), select option #1, or utilize the chat feature.
