The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing server maintenance this Sunday, March 21, from 8 a.m. until noon. This service will be unavailable during the maintenance window:

  • Webex Teams campus phone integration service

NOTE: Teams-to-Teams calling, messaging, and the regular campus VoIP phone service including off-campus calling will stay operational during this time.

When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.

As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance windows are Sundays from 6 a.m. until noon and Fridays from 6 p.m. until midnight. Please keep this timing in mind when planning events, assignments, and deadlines. If you have questions about the outage, please contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center at 410-704-5151.
