Developing your Career in the COVID-19 Environment workshop
The recent changes to many jobs and the way work is done provides a unique opportunity to take stock of your current skills, and think about what skills might be useful to grow within your current role and/or take on new projects or responsibilities. The flexibility of remote or low density work arrangements also may mean greater ability to attend development opportunities or think about goals for the future. This workshop will help you:
- Create a career plan for yourself
- Define your path through a development planning process
- Explore development resources to help you grow in your role or prepare you for your next one
A short pre-work assignment will be required. This workshop takes place on Tuesday, December 8th from 10am-11am and Friday, December 11th from 1-2pm. You can register by visiting: https://tinyurl.com/y25erhcr
