D.I.Y. Zoom Event: Calming Glitter Jars & Guided Deep Breathing Meditation

The semester is winding down and the end of semester stress is picking up. Join Healthy Minds Peer Eds on Thursday, December 3rd at 7 PM as we make calming glitter jars and practice mindfulness to gear up for finals season.
