Downtime info for OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window: phone systems affected
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be upgrading the campus VoIP phone system this Sunday, October 25, 2020 between 6 – 7 a.m.
During the maintenance window, there will be a 15-minute service outage during which you will not be able to make or receive off-campus calls.
If you are off campus and need to reach the University Police during the maintenance window, and are having difficulty reaching them, please call 410-830-2134. If you experience any problems after the upgrade window or if you have any questions, please contact OTS at 410-704-5151.
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts. As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
