Live Chat with CBE!
Learning and working remotely can sometimes feel socially isolating, but the CBE implemented a fast and simple feature to virtually “chat” with office staff. The live chat feature appears on the College’s main webpage, the Student Academic and Career Services (SACS) webpage, all department webpages, and on the “Contact Us” page. After typing an initial message or query, an automated message appears, indicating that someone will be with you shortly. Next, a message appears from a member of the CBE staff – not a bot, but a real person you might have seen in the office this time last year. We’re not on campus, but we’re still here when you need us.
