OTS weekend maintenance window: extended downtime affecting PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, Towson Online Services
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this weekend that extends outside of the normal Sunday maintenance window. Here are the times and systems affected:
Saturday, October 3, from 7 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m.
The following services will be unavailable:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- PeopleSoft HCM
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Tiger Travel
- myTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- MyTU Mobile
- Business Objects
- ImageNow
Sunday, October 4
The following services will be offline 7 a.m. until 9 a.m.
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- PeopleSoft HCM
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Tiger Travel
- myTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- MyTU Mobile
The following services will be offline 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
- PeopleSoft HCM
- myTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
When maintenance is complete each day, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ usual maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
