NEW SPS/WORKDAY LOG-IN CHANGES COMING SOON

In a few weeks, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) will roll out a new multifactor authentication login process for SPS/Workday, the online system that allows TU faculty and staff to review your benefits anytime and make changes during Open Enrollment.

The new SPS/Workday login process will require a one-time passcode through email, text or mobile app, or new security questions and a password each time you login to SPS/Workday. The update will enhance security and ensure that only you can access your benefits account. (This is similar to DUO, the multi-factor authentication tool familiar to faculty and staff and used at TU to prevent data breaches, and to prove that you are you.)

More information will be emailed directly to faculty and staff by DBM on Thursday, September 10, 2020. Please look for specific login instructions on this go live date—Thursday, September 10 -STAY TUNED!

For any questions, please contact a member of the Total Rewards team. The team is working remotely and responding to emails.
