OneCard Distribution for Fall 2020

All new students, faculty and staff should complete the online OneCard application and photo upload in order to receive a OneCard. Once the application and upload are complete and approved, please allow three business days for processing, then retrieve your card during one of the timeframes below.

 Faculty & Staff

  • Aug. 3 – 7: 10 a.m. to noon
  • After Aug. 10: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Pick up at the Auxiliary Services Business Office on the first floor of the University Union.

Students living on campus

OneCards will be distributed at move-in.

Commuter students

OneCards will be distributed before the fall term. Details are forthcoming. Students needing a OneCard before fall term may visit the Auxiliary Services Business Office on the first floor in the Union from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, beginning Aug. 10.
