OTS weekend maintenance window: downtime schedule for PeopleSoft HCM and Towson Online Services
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this weekend that extends outside of the normal Sunday maintenance window. Here are the times and systems affected:
Saturday, April 4, from 7 a.m. until approximately noon
The following services will be intermittently offline:
- PeopleSoft HCM
- myTU website (online hub for students, faculty, and staff)
- Timesheets
- TU Phonebook
- Campus offices and services STAFF directory
- Forms repository
- Procard (Procurement Card Application)
- BURSAR Non-departmental billing
- Chart of Accounts
- Scholarship Seeker
- Student Application Status Checker
Sunday, April 5, from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The following services will be offline:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- MyTU Mobile
- Business Objects
- ImageNow
During the Saturday maintenance window, other university systems, such as Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions), MyTUMobile, PeopleSoft Financials and Timesheets are not impacted by this maintenance and will be available.
When maintenance is complete each day, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ usual maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
