Writing your annual performance reviews? This online training can help!
Supervisors are currently tasked with completing performance reviews for their direct reports. These reports are due on May 1st, and supervisors are encouraged to work on writing their reviews while working from home. Depending on when we all come back to campus, performance reviews may also be conducted with employees via WebEx or telephone.
The Office of Human Resources is offering online training to support you in writing and conducting these reviews effectively. This 1 hour WebEx hour workshop will focus on providing feedback, writing SMART goals, and conducting effective performance reviews. There will be time after the workshop for questions.
- Thursday, April 2nd from 10-11am
