Values Matter: Leading with Value iLead Workshops

We all have the capacity to be a leader, the key is understanding who you are & unlocking your highest potential…insert iLead! The iLead program is a series of workshops that allows students to explore their own leadership philosophy, values, and play to their strengths. Here emerging leaders begin to build their leadership capacity, connect with other Towson students, and produce positive change within and beyond the Towson community. Upon completion, students will receive a pin and a certificate.
iLead workshops are great for individuals as well as student organizations (Tigerstripes & Sports Club credit received!)
