Downtime Info for OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this Sunday, February 2, from 6 a.m. until noon. The following services will be intermittently offline during the maintenance window:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- PeopleSoft Financials
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
- TU Business Intelligence Dashboards
- MyTUMobile
- Timesheets
- MyTU Faculty/Staff Portal
- RMS (Housing)
- Inside (some functions)
- Business Objects
- Call Accounting (phone billing)
- ImageNow
Due to the nature of the maintenance, other applications could experience intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance window. When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
