OTS weekend maintenance window: downtime schedule for PeopleSoft HCM and Towson Online Services
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this weekend that extends outside of the normal Sunday maintenance window. Here are the times and systems affected:
Saturday, January 11, from 7:00 a.m. until approximately noon
The following services will be intermittently offline:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- MyTU Mobile
- MyTU Faculty/Staff Portal
- Inside (some functions)
- Business Objects
- ImageNow
Sunday, January 12, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
This service will be offline:
- PeopleSoft HCM
During the Sunday maintenance window, other university systems, such as Towson Online Services (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions), MyTUMobile, PeopleSoft Financials and Timesheets are not impacted by this maintenance and will be available.
When maintenance is complete each day, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ usual maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
