Sunday Night: International Education Week 2019
The Office of International Initiatives is pleased to invite all students, faculty and staff to participate in International Education Week (IEW) 2019. This joint initiative from the US Departments of Education and State highlights new and continuing international activities on campus. It starts on Sunday with the annual Around the World program in Residence Tower, at 6:30pm, and will continue throughout the week with stand up comedians, concerts, presentations and food!
This year’s signature event on November 21, as part of the Distinguished Global Speaker Series, will feature dynamic filmmaker Laura Bustillos Jáquez. She will share her experiences capturing stories from the United States-Mexico border region.
