Hopefully you have logged into Workday and are confident that:

  • Any benefit changes for 2020 were selected and your 2020 Benefits statement is correct.
  • If not making changes, and not participating in a flexible spending account, your benefit elections and dependents are correct in Workday to roll over to 2020.
  • The required supporting documentation for newly added dependents (never had coverage before) or re-enrolled dependents (did not have coverage in 2019) was uploaded correctly.

The Open Enrollment (OE) period closes at 11:59 p.m. tomorrow, November 14 and no changes or corrections can be made after that date. Any new dependent added without the correct documentation attached will be removed from coverage for January 1, 2020. HR assistance and password reset support will be available until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14.
