DocuSign training available

In an effort to reduce waste, and improve efficiency and security, the Procurement Office is transitioning the following forms to DocuSign: Procurement Card Application, Independent Contractor Request Over $500, and Requisition for Purchases.

Effective Jan, 1, 2020, the DocuSign forms will be the mandatory method of submission. If you have a paper form currently in process, the Procurement Office will continue to accept paper forms until Feb. 1, 2020.

The Procurement Office is offering Training Sessions to familiarize users with the DocuSign forms on the following date/times:

  • November 14 – 11 a.m.
  • December 6th  – 1 p.m.
  • December 12th – 10 a.m.
