Feedback Workshop for Supervisors TODAY
Join the Office of Human Resources TODAY for a workshop on giving and receiving effective feedback. The workshop is geared toward faculty and staff who supervise others. It will be held in AD 120 from 2 to 4 p.m. today, Wednesday, October 16.
Participants will:
- Learn what makes feedback effective.
- Consider how your own experiences receiving feedback can inform your feedback delivery.
- Determine how to approach giving feedback effectively.
- Apply the INFORM model for delivering effective feedback
- Prepare for dealing with emotional responses to your feedback.
