Take a FREE Women’s Self Defense Class

Enroll now in the highly acclaimed and nationally recognized self-defense program known as R.A.D.

R.A.D. stands for Rape Aggression Defense and is the Women’s Self Defense Class.  This program is a hands-on course designed to emphasize options of self-defense.  This course will teach basic self-defense techniques and emphasize common sense approaches to safety on campus.  Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Office of Public Safety.

This class is open to all students, faculty and staff who identify as female.

The course dates are Monday, Oct. 21, Wednesday, Oct. 23,  Monday, Oct. 28 and Wednesday, Oct. 30.  Each session if from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  There are a total of 4 sessions to complete the class.  Class location will be provided when confirmation of registration is received.

The course is available at no cost, but it is advised that you register early as class size is limited.
