Downtime info for OTS’ Sunday Maintenance Window
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is performing system maintenance this Sunday, September 29, from 6 a.m. until noon. The following services will be intermittently offline during the maintenance window:
- PeopleSoft/Towson Online Services
- PeopleSoft Financials
- PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
- MyTU Mobile
- Timesheets
- MyTU Faculty/Staff Portal
- RMS (Housing)
- Inside (some functions)
- Business Objects
- Call Accounting (phone billing)
- ImageNow
When maintenance is complete, posts will be made to the OTS Alerts website http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this maintenance window in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines. If you have any questions about the outage, please contact OTS at 410-704-5151.
