Greater Maryland Heart Walk 2019

Towson University is proud to be involved in this year’s American Heart Association Greater Maryland Heart Walk 2019.

What is the Heart Walk? A free walk in held in Baltimore on Saturday, October 12th at the Camden Yards Sports Complex from 8:00 AM to Noon.  This walk celebrates Heart and Stroke health, while also investing funds into life-saving research grants and community activation programs. The walk is both PET & FAMILY friendly, with ample parking. Between all the interactive stations there is something for everyone!

Please join us and support the Towson University Heart Walk Team. Life is Why.  In Maryland alone, there are 18 people per day that die because of heart diseases or stroke. Together we can make a difference and change that number. We need YOUR help to build a world of longer, healthier lives!

Here is how you can get involved!
