Gotcha Bike Share – Terms for Use

Parking & Transportation Services (PTS) encourages the TU campus community to enjoy the new Gotcha e-bikes. The bikes serve as an easy, fun and convenient way to get around campus. In order to make sure e-bikes are available for all and to avoid fees from Gotcha, PTS is asking all riders to be considerate of fellow riders. Riders are responsible for ensuring they comply with Gotcha’s terms and conditions.  In particular, please ensure you are only using e-bikes in designated areas and returning them to designated bike hubs. The e-bikes should not be left in front of doorways, on sidewalks, in parking lots or anywhere that could be a hazard to others. They must remain on campus and cannot be taken outside of the designated campus zone indicated by the red boundary lines on the app. Please be mindful of other members of the campus community and refrain from racing, jumping, stunt riding and the like.

When bikes are not in use, riders should make sure it is properly locked so they are not charged for additional time and the bike is available for the next rider.  We appreciate your cooperation in making the Gotcha bike share program a great success!

For more information about Gotcha e-bikes, visit the bike share page on the Parking & Transportation Services website or contact the office at 410-704-PARK.
