Stephens Avenue Closed Wednesday morning
In support of the 9/11 memorial ceremony hosted by Towson University, Stephens Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 7:30 to 9:15 a.m. Glen Drive will be open to two-way traffic from York Road during the time period that Stephens Avenue is closed. University Police will be on hand to facilitate traffic flow on Glen Drive during the closure period.
